This former factory is a major refurbishment and redevelopment project. The site at 6 Erskine Road consists of six independent buildings and is currently being converted into a mix of luxury flats and a new office building.
The site is in a very tight, confined space with the scaffold backing on to neighbouring gardens. The scaffold was adapted to accommodate this.
